Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring legislation is followed regarding VAT and Tax Issues.
∎ Regular coordination with other departments including operations and supply chain.
∎ Leading company efforts in computerizing the accounting system and data management.
∎ Participate Annual Business Plan Preparation
∎ Monthly Meeting Presentation
∎ Fund Management
∎ Over-view Bank Payment & Deposit
∎ Review- Accounts Payable & Receivable
∎ Various Report submit to Head Office & Audit
∎ Communicate with management
∎ Preparing Monthly Receipts-Payments Report & other reports
∎ Bill Checking & Approval
∎ Prepare Accounts (Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet)
∎ Day to day Accounts Monitoring
∎ Compliance Maintain
∎ Prepare Accounts related Statement
∎ Conduct Internal & External Audit
∎ Monitoring accounts subordinate regular routine work
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
