∎ 2-3 years of experience in Building Materials industries is preferable.
∎ Experience to work with Govt. Authority, Architects, Consulting Firms and Real Estate Companies are required.
∎ Having a motorbike driving license will add an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Frequently visit real estate companies, consulting firms, government projects, PWD engineers and Architects.
∎ Identify new business opportunities by the acquisition of new customers, dealers and other channel partners.
∎ Coordinate to ensure timely and accurate product coverage in the designated sales territory and order fulfillment.
∎ Plan and execute sales campaigns and develop strategies to achieve company sales targets.
∎ Prepare sales report, visiting plans and update to line manager.
∎ Developing strong relationships with assigned area potential clients to generate leads.
