Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support the retail showroom sales force team with daily operational tasks to streamline sales processes.
∎ Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
∎ Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and issues, providing resolutions promptly.
∎ Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts as needed.
∎ Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities.
∎ Use data to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, supply chain, and customer service.
∎ Provide training and support to sales staff on new systems, tools, and processes.
