Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare monthly & quarterly MIS  reports, covering non- financial dimensions with critical assessment of numbers / facts & through explanation of underlying performance for business units within stipulated timeline & accuracy.
∎ Respond to Inquiries: Address customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
∎ Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to provide accurate information and support.
∎ Order Management: Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
∎ Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback and suggestions to help improve products and services.
∎ Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with customers after issues have been resolved to ensure satisfaction.
∎ Calling dealers & booking orders.
∎ Perform data analysis for generating authentic reports on a periodic basis in a timely manner for the management.
∎ Suggest improvement plan through the findings of the analysis.
∎ Analyze business information to identify improvement measures for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Conduct various meetings and prepare meeting minutes and mail to relevant personnel.
∎ Supporting Marketing & Sales Team by providing various report and data for the update of ongoing campaign.
∎ Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
∎ Supporting Sales Team by providing various report and data like Dealer wise lifting value or quantity based on SKU and others.
∎ Supporting Accounts team by proving various report and data like Cash Discount update, month wise GR and NR update, Segment wise sales in PCs and KGs and others.
