Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide IT Helpdesk support
∎ Assist IT Project implementation, vendor management, problem & change management.
∎ Manage primary level IT Networks. Key responsibility would be to manage CCTV, IP phone, Access Control, PA and other technical services availability.
∎ Users Data Backups and Security - Responsible for all the organizational electronic users’ data Backup and their security.
∎ Ensure system uptime more than 99.9%
∎ Documentation, IT Inventory & Procurement – Responsible for maintain IT documentation & IT Inventory. For IT products has to ensure its quality, performance and technical specifications according with requirements
∎ Comply with external IT security audit
∎ Report to Group IT Infrastructure team on timely manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ System Administration AD and MS Exchange Server.
∎ IT Networking & Security.
∎ MCSE, CCNA or PMP will be a plus.
