∎ Bachelor of Science (B.SC (Hons.) in Computer Science & Engineering)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT Support Service, IT System Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting in Windows, Linux and Mac platforms.
∎ Experience in Endpoint protection, AD, NAS, File server, CCTV, NVR, PABX & IP Phone etc.
∎ Capable of Cisco, (L3 Switch) Mikrotik, Wi-Fi Router configuration such as NAT, DHCP, Layer-7, VLAN, Bridge, Tunnel Firewall, Redundancy, Load Balancing, Bandwidth Shaping etc.
∎ Give support to management by performing computer related works as per requirements.
∎ Software & Hardware maintenance & User support.
∎ Supervising the ERP implementation process.
∎ Computer Hardware (PC Assembling, Troubleshooting).
∎ Provide configuration and troubleshooting support for all hardware and software.
∎ Monitor IT network system to maintain smooth/uninterrupted operations including LAN / WAN.
∎ Configure and maintain Cisco and Mikrotik Router
∎ Ensure data backup system is maintained while administering disaster recovery plan.
∎ Support on maintain office facilities and support to the Admin dept.
∎ Ensure technology is accessible & equipped with current hardware & software.
∎ Provide user level technical support for end users, computers, printers, etc.
∎ Maintain the integrity of all operating systems and servers for the seamless operation of the organization.
∎ Capturing, storing and processing data & maintain the security of these systems
∎ Provide high degree of professionalism and end user satisfaction and work well with others.
∎ Provide support in computer hardware and networking troubleshooting.
∎ Monitor printers, copiers, and fax machines, telephone lines, CCTV set ups to make sure they are working properly and ensure their regular maintenance.
∎ Ensure the smooth operational status at various functional areas especially where there are high level of IT penetration
∎ Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ At least 2 years of experience in assembling, configuring and troubleshooting CPU, Laptop, Printer, Motherboard, UPS and any other computer hardware-related devices.
∎ Good working knowledge of IP camera and NVR.
∎ Good working knowledge of windows and Linux environment.
∎ Ability to work after duty hours at emergency support.

Salary: Negotiable
