Capable of managing the internal audit function, like audit conduction, report review, quality reporting etc.
Knowledge of IFRS and IAS for developing new policies and procedures to enhance compliance.
Capable of working with teams with good communication skills and a relationship-building attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing the internal audit procedure.
Check and verify all types of bill vouchers to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
Physical verification of fixed assets and RM, SP, and store items.
Conduct physical verification of the highwall, billboard, and shop signboard, etc.
Assist in factory visits to verify construction work and ensure compliance with standards.
Market survey & pre-audit to verify quotation.
Communicate audit issues along with documents to the Team leader.
To ensure that all sorts of requisitions, delivery challans, bills, vouchers, etc., are being checked and verified in the prescribed manner.
Follow all kinds of applicable rules, policies, and procedures to maintain appropriate financial activities.
Perform other relevant duties as required for the department head as well as the organization.
