Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To maintain the production of the finishing department, including stenter, sanforizing, peach & brush machine
∎ To ensure the fabric finish as per buyer requirements, like hand feel, GSM, tear, tensile & seam slippage
∎ To match the shade with the buyer's given standard (avoiding the CSV problem)
∎ To control supervisors, operators & helpers
∎ Ensure priority-based execution of work orders
∎ Assesses worker safety & welfare
∎ Maintain dyes & chemical stock
∎ Ensure efficient communication
