Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and maintain export files, ensuring all necessary documents are compiled accurately.
∎ Collect and photocopy Proforma Invoices (PIs) for record-keeping and further processing.
∎ Prepare and update statements for fabric, yarn, and dyed yarn.
∎ Generate and maintain monthly reports related to export and import activities.
∎ Facilitate the opening of Back-to-Back (BTB) LCs for both export and import transactions.
∎ Scan all LCs and amendments, assign numbering, and manage transaction records.
∎ Calculate spinning PI to ensure accurate financial assessments.
∎ Ensure accurate posting of data in Internal Messaging Group for export-import operations.
∎ Post BB LC data for proper tracking and reconciliation.
∎ Maintain organized records for seamless retrieval and compliance purposes.
