Job Responsibilities

  • Follow up on leads from various sources to identify potential customers.
  • Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing tools to reach target audiences.
  • Understand customer query and provide information.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Work closely with the sales team to analyze market trends and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Manage customer data and interactions in the system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
