∎ Age 25 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage trade payable functions - from receiving GRN/ Invoice to payment;
∎ Ensure proper deduction of TAX and VAT at source as applicable;
∎ Ensure accurate posting of transactions in the system like preparation of vouchers, managing ledgers, doing reconciliation and any other records;
∎ Deposit TAX and VAT in the Government exchequer on monthly basis, submission of monthly return, issuing certificate to vendors, and related tasks;
∎ Meet with outside stakeholders as required;
∎ Liaison with other cross-functional teams to perform the assigned job on time;
∎ Prepare various management reports from time to time.
∎ Any other task assigned by the superior
