∎ Age at most 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 24x7 infrastructure, customer monitoring, and reporting.
∎ Team supervision, including Tier-1 and Tier-2 customer support (ISPs).
∎ Customer solutions and requirements assessment.
∎ Conduct in-house training sessions.
∎ Skilled in MikroTik device administration.
∎ Preferred skills in Cisco/Juniper equipment administration.
∎ Strong hands-on knowledge in eBGP/iBGP configuration, static routing, NAT/CGNAT, route selection process, VTP, STP, VLANs, and end-user bandwidth shaping using MikroTik.
∎ Good working knowledge of network topologies, equipment, protocols, and services.
∎ Solid understanding of prevailing CDN services and technologies.
∎ Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a Distributor/Retailer/Service Provider environment with first-hand troubleshooting cases.
∎ Proficiency in both Bangla and English (verbal and written).
