Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in EEE/ ETE from any reputed Institute / University is preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Mobile Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the quality sites of production processing and provided the suggestion of process improvement.
∎ Ensure quality control for production processing according department KPI.
∎ Analyze and monitor the production processing quality issue and following up CAR.
∎ Ensure 100% QC in inline process.
∎ Weekly & Monthly statistical report
∎ Inform and alert superior for any production fault

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ People management in factory production
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) in both Bengali and English & presentation skills.
∎ Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, Power point
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Able to lead the team, give feedback & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within given lead time

Salary: Negotiable
