Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Engineering from BUET/ CUET/ RUET/ KUET/ IUT/ MIST. Preferably Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Research and Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, design review keep track & monitor of new Project/Model and Complete within Scheduled deadline.
∎ Develop/Update RT test standard & ensure Product reliability.
∎ Communicate with ODM & validate SOP, BOM & other documents.
∎ Conduct PP and Close All Product –Process issues in the time of PP.
∎ Analyze PPR, QA reports and Determine & Execute improvement actions to stockholders.
∎ Analyze Market requirement & Perform QFD.
∎ Analyze Manufacturing Process, do feasibility analysis and initiate profitable product/project.
∎ Transfer new Technologies, Product & Process into and out of the company.
∎ Day to day Report to Head of Manufacturing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Analytical, Technical & Leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Background in leading R&D , QA or Process development.
∎ Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in Electronic sector, Preferably Mobile Manufacturing.
Salary: Negotiable
