Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote Mitshuboshi Belts and achieve sales targets.
∎ Promote and sell SKF & NSK Bearings, lubrication products, power transmission products, and industrial products to customers in the assigned territory or market segment.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue across multiple product lines.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
∎ Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers about the features and benefits of our products.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials tailored to each product category.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats in the bearing, lubrication, and power transmission product segments.
∎ Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and progress toward sales targets for each product category.
∎ Coordinate with the logistics and distribution team to ensure timely delivery of products and efficient inventory management across all product lines.
∎ Provide technical support and assistance to customers as needed, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
∎ Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network with potential clients and promote our comprehensive range of products.
∎ Maintain Vibration analysis to know the product condition.
∎ Alignment of the machine and products.
∎ Responsible for data collection from machine.
∎ Responsible for all types of industrial bearing installation.
∎ Responsible for all types of industrial belt installation.
∎ Root cause failure analysis.
