Experience:

• 4 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Diploma in Civil
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• B.Sc/Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Training in BOQ, Estimation, Project Scheduling & site management will be preferred

• 4 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 25 to 32 years

• Sound Knowledge of MS Office & AutoCAD

• Sound knowledge on Health, Safety & Environment Management (HSE)

• Willing to perform any other task that assigned by management.

• Practical Experience in Residential, Commercial & Factory Building will be preferred

• Supervision of civil construction works (both Structural & Finishing Task)

• Prepare schedule for construction related works

• Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) for requisition

• Co-ordination with Architects and consultants to smooth work

• Co-ordination with contractors & different vendors to handover the project in time

• Communication with SCM for materials acquisitions

• Time to time reporting (Daily, Biweekly, Weekly, and Monthly) to the superior authority

• Checking of civil works as per provided drawings & design

• Co-ordination with MCD for timely materials in housing & proper handling

• Day to day formal (i.e.,-Mail) communication to circulate project report & related documents

• Checking and certifying of vendors bills as per the work order and completion of targeted job

• Have adequate knowledge on factory maintenance work

• Have mentality of stay any projects ( Residential, Commercial, & Factory) of the company

• Have depth knowledge on Structural, Architectural, Plumbing drawing & design

• Maintain required safety provision at site to avoid any sort of accident, incident and near misses.
