Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Accountable for to allocate PI in the Sales contract/Export LC for opening BBL/C against independent purchase/requisition, prepare office note for management approval through Finance & audit.
∎ 2. Accountable for to follow up and monitor yarn IH start and close date to match with TNA as confirmed in the P.O. issued to supplier. Remind to supplier through email/SMS as per prescribed format for upcoming 3 days delivery commitment
∎ 3. Accountable for to check updated import CI list and take corrective measure to release the import consignment well in time.
∎ 4. Accountable for to source yarn from various supplier/country to reduce the purchase cost.
∎ 5. Accountable for ensure stock yarn against confirmed order be disbursed to production within 2 working days from the date of IH/FB.
∎ 6. Accountable for day to day undefined/inquiry from other dept/supplier or any pending issues.
∎ 7. Accountable for to manage daily yarn requisition from SCM (Factory) received daily till 3PM, get management approval , P.O. issue against Pipeline LC or make comparative statement in terms of quality(Technical parameter), delivery lead time and price in case of new purchase.
∎ 8. Accountable for to follow up yarn sample test for bulk be carried out within 2 working days from the date of receipt of the sample yarn from spinner.
∎ 9. Accountable for to check yarn stock ageing report and ensure utilization of old stock in consultation with SCM Factory & Textile Division .
