Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manpower count in line wise;
∎ Style wise capacity, lost time collect and cause report;
∎ Skill test and report to HR for new worker recruit;
∎ Skill test and report to Hr for promotion worker;
∎ Follow up the Proper uses of man & materials;
∎ Daily discuss the production supervisor for how can improve and fulfill up the target;
∎ Smoothly follow up the working procedure, if any difficulties find out then try to solve it;
∎ Efficiency board update by production wise line by line;
∎ Total lost time count for machine and Each Line;
∎ Report the daily efficiency and total lost time by email;
∎ Arrange the weekly kaizen meeting;
∎ Discuss the new recruitment by the planning basis;
∎ Worked with lean manufacturing to the floor;
∎ Collect the monthly production plan from planning department;
∎ Try to any major difficulties by production related with production team;
∎ Check the production by line wise day to day.

∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Strong knowledge in MS-Power Point Presentation
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
