1 Welfare Management & Support
- Monitor and ensure the effective implementation of welfare facilities for all employees.
- Assist workers in accessing welfare benefits, healthcare services, and support programs.
-Act as a bridge between workers and management to foster positive employee relations and resolve workplace
concerns.
- Identify employee issues proactively and recommend appropriate solutions to management.
2 Training, Awareness & Empowerment
- Organize awareness sessions on health, safety, hygiene, workplace behavior, and legal rights.
- Conduct regular worker training programs to enhance knowledge on compliance, safety practices, and personal well-being.
- Support female workers' empowerment initiatives through tailored awareness and development programs.
- Arrange comprehensive orientation programs for new employees to ensure smooth on-boarding.
3 Grievance Handling & Employee Relations
- Receive, document, and address worker grievances in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
- Maintain proper follow-up on grievance cases and ensure resolution in line with company policies and legal standards.
- Foster open communication with employees across all levels to strengthen trust and engagement.
4 Compliance & Audit Readiness
- Ensure all welfare-related activities strictly comply with Bangladesh Labor Law and buyers' compliance requirements. - Maintain updated welfare-related records for audits and inspections.
-Collaborate with compliance teams during internal and external audits, providing accurate documentation as required.
5 Engagement & Reporting
- Organize cultural, social, and recreational programs to enhance employee morale and workplace harmony.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on welfare activities and employee engagement initiatives to management.
- Maintain accurate welfare-related documentation for compliance and performance evaluation purposes.
- Prepare bills related to maternity and verify the relevant documents.
