Age 26 to 30 years.
Good It skills in particular spreadsheets and databases, and knowledge of warehouse systems.
Analytical and numerical ability.
Strong decision-making skills and excellent attention to skills.
Previous experience in inventory control & core warehouse management.
Knowledge and understanding of lean techniques will add advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
KLIMB BD is our newly established footwear retail brand with a global vision.
We are looking for an Executive for the Warehouse Department.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure an efficient warehouse operation that can fulfill operational and customer demand.
Ensure quick delivery after receiving the PO.
Analyze inventory data to meet demand with zero unavailability.
Plan, Co-ordinate, and Monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled with an automated system utilizing the help of the warehouse team.
Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods in and goods out including labeling of all stock items.
Ensure efficient and effective use of warehouse space to include layout and future capacity requirements.
Review ways to reduce waste and leftover management control and properly follow FIFO.
Ensure that staff comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and work safely to protect themselves and others in the warehouse environment.
