Garments Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive requisition orders of goods (Fabrics/ Accessories/) from merchandising and issue to the respective section.
∎ Check opening stock as per Inventory Report daily specifically for running items.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of Inventory Management System.
∎ Responsible for safe receive, storage, and timely dispatch of goods.
∎ Ensure goods inbound and outbound and warehouse management.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery and receiving of goods
∎ Ensure loading of the correct quantity and provide correct documents against each delivery.
∎ Responsible to prepare reports on physical vs system inventory on monthly basis.
∎ Confirm physical inventory upon received & compare with PO and update daily received issue.
∎ Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly inventory reports and present to management.
∎ Ensure proper entry of each and every goods in manual and system.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
