Job Responsibilities:
∎ To receive requisition orders of goods (Fabrics/Accessories/Yarn/Chemical) form respective section and issue to the respective section.
∎ Check opening stock as per Inventory Report on daily basis specifically for running items.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of Inventory Management System.
∎ Responsible for safe receive, storage and timely dispatch of goods.
∎ Ensure goods inbound and outbound and warehouse management.
∎ To maintain inventory of goods (Fabrics/Accessories/Yarn/Chemical) and take responsibilities for overall operations of warehouse and store.
∎ To ensure on time delivery and receiving of goods (Fabrics/Accessories/Yarn/Chemical).
∎ Storing goods (Fabrics/Accessories/Yarn/Chemical) in planned way to reduce damage and saving time & space.
∎ To ensure loading of correct quantity and provide correct document against each delivery.
∎ Responsible to reports on physical vs system inventory on monthly basis.
∎ Goods receive from local or overseas supplier by delivery note or invoice packing list.
∎ Confirm physical inventory upon received & compare with PO and update daily received issue.
∎ Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly inventory report and present to management.
∎ Ensure proper entry of each and every goods in manual and system.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbents must have at least 01 year working experiences at store section of Manufacturing RMG unit.
∎ Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving and analytical skills.
∎ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
∎ Ability to work with influencing others in a fast paced environment.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
