∎ Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or another field.
∎ Freshers are highly encourage to apply
∎ Previous experience in visa processing, immigration consultancy, or travel agency will be an advantage.
∎ Strong knowledge of visa requirements and procedures for various countries and visa types.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, embassy officials, and colleagues.
∎ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
∎ Proficiency in using visa processing software and Microsoft Office suite.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Visa Application Processing:
∎ - Assist clients in understanding visa requirements and eligibility criteria for their
∎ intended travel destinations.
∎ - Collect and review visa application forms, ensuring completeness and accuracy of
∎ information provided.
∎ - Prepare and submit visa applications to the respective consulates or embassies in a
∎ timely manner.
∎ 2. Document Verification:
∎ - Verify supporting documents required for visa applications, such as passports,
∎ photographs, travel itineraries, and financial statements.
∎ - Ensure all documents meet the specifications and standards set by the consulate or
∎ embassy.
∎ 3. Communication and Follow-up:
∎ - Communicate with clients regarding the status of their visa applications, providing
∎ updates and guidance throughout the process.
∎ - Follow up with consulates or embassies to expedite visa processing and address any
∎ issues or discrepancies that may arise.
∎ 4. Client Assistance:
∎ - Respond to inquiries from clients regarding visa requirements, application
∎ procedures, and related travel concerns.
∎ - Provide personalized assistance and guidance to clients, addressing their specific
∎ needs and concerns.
∎ 5. Database Management:
∎ - Maintain accurate records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections in the
∎ database.
∎ - Generate reports on visa application status, processing times, and client feedback for
∎ analysis and improvement.
∎ 6. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
∎ - Ensure compliance with visa regulations and guidelines set by the respective
∎ countries and diplomatic missions.
∎ - Conduct quality checks on visa applications to minimize errors and discrepancies.
