Responsibilities & Context:
Handle all types of visa applications (Tourist, Business, Student, Transit, etc.) for various countries.
Collect, check, and verify clients’ documents according to embassy requirements.
Fill up online and manual visa application forms accurately.
Communicate with embassies, visa application centers, and clients for necessary updates.
Maintain records of all visa applications and ensure timely submission and delivery.
Coordinate with the ticketing and sales departments for complete travel service support.
Keep updated knowledge of visa policies, rules, and requirements for different countries.
Provide professional assistance to clients regarding visa guidelines and requirements.
