Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct targeted no of farmer training successfully & effectively.
∎ Conduct farmer insight survey smoothly.
∎ Finalize farmers list for FT.
∎ Maintain documents & ensure on-time bill submission.
∎ Supervise field officers' activity.
∎ Collect information about the market, cropping pattern, socio-economic condition of farmers.
∎ Must have a clear concept of Ispahani Agro products, competitors' brands.
∎ Must know the road communication and transport facility of his market area.
∎ Regular reporting to the immediate supervisor.
∎ Facilitate other regular activities of Ispahani Agro.
∎ Maintain liaison with stakeholders.
∎ Field visit to have farmers' feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Skilled in agro business program management.
∎ Commitment to promote organizational values.
∎ Good computer literacy, computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel is essential.
Salary: Negotiable
