Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies.
∎ Onboarding and negotiating terms of sales and agreements with customers.
∎ Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs.
∎ Prepare yearly sales planning to achieve the business goal & achieve the monthly target.
∎ Advising product developers on improvements and discussing special promotions.
∎ Able to run a retail campaign offer for facilitate the retailers to enrich sales volume.
∎ Inspecting inventory in stock and the quality of the product on display.
∎ Regular visits to different markets to check display materials and maintain channel relationship.
∎ Help design and optimize store layouts to enhance display visibility.· Assist in managing inventory levels of visual merchandising materials and props.
∎ Address any issues or concerns regarding product displays or merchandising.
∎ Gain proper knowledge of the products and services.
∎ Deal with customers cordially and professionally, responding to their queries and concerns.
∎ Any other task given by management.
