Responsibilities & Context:
- Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies
- Onboarding and negotiating terms of sales and agreements with customers
- Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs
- Prepare yearly sales planning to achieve the business goal & achieve the monthly target
- Advising product developers on improvements and discussing special promotions
- Able to run a retail campaign offer for facilitate the retailers to enrich sales volume
- Inspecting inventory in stock and the quality of the product on display
- Regular visits to different markets to check display materials and maintain channel relationship
- Help design and optimize store layouts to enhance display visibility
- Assist in managing inventory levels of visual merchandising materials and props.
- Address any issues or concerns regarding product displays or merchandising.
- Gain proper knowledge of the products and services
- Deal with customers cordially and professionally, responding to their queries and concerns
- Any other task given by management.
