∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support/ Client Service, Tele Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to answer calls and respond to emails
∎ Responsible to handle customer inquiries both telephonic and by email or any
∎ Responsible to research required information using available resources; different directories & sources and forward prospective leads to Sales Team.
∎ Responsible to provide product and service information to Customer.
∎ Responsible to enter new customer information in ERP.
∎ Responsible to update and follow up existing customer information
∎ Responsible to identify and escalate priority issues
∎ Responsible to documented all call information according to standard operating procedure.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Telemarketing in a reputed company will be given preference.
∎ Experience in Call center also can apply.
∎ Intelligent and quick witted, able to rapidly assimilate new products and services.
∎ Fresher with good academic background also can apply.

Salary: Negotiable
