Job Context:
∎ Work as a Coordinator.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Project, MS Word & Excel.
∎ Familiar with new technology.
∎ Efficient to operate meeting using apps.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to act as plan and coordination officer of the Management and forward Management instructions to all Concerned for action.
∎ Responsible to plan and organized all types Coordination Meetings (Departmental/Inter-departmental) Chaired by Adviser.
∎ Responsible to prepare and arrange to circulate minutes of all meeting chaired by Adviser to all concerned for action.
∎ Responsible to monitor implementation of decisions / policies / guidelines given by Management from time to time for execution by all Concerned Departments.
∎ You will be responsible to collect, collate day-to-day construction progress reports from different departments and explain to Advisor on regular basis
∎ Responsible to obtain various monthly progress reports from all Concerned Department on regular basis.
∎ Responsible to maintain up to date data of total projects (Incoming / Ongoing) and construction operations and apprise Management accordingly on need basis
∎ Responsible to coordinate all types of business issues with all Concerned Department on behalf of Adviser.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Auto CAD, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel.

Salary: Negotiable
