Cement, Cement Industry, Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting up, developing, and taking charge of the center of expertise about cement, cementitious material, concrete, applications, norms, recipe, and mix design.
∎ Provide expertise, technical services, and training on the application of cement on concrete to customers and other stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate and manage customer complaints through collaboration with Sales, Quality & Operation Team, and other external influences like BUET, BSTI, and recommend corrective measures to satisfy customer and company interests.
∎ Coordinate and record the tests of competitors' brands in concrete to find out the competitive advantage for the company and develop marginal gains of our product.
∎ Provide technical support for specific customers with special & big projects.
∎ Promote team culture within the company, develop own team & provide them coaching & feedback.
∎ Ensure Health, Safety & Environmental policy requirements are strictly fulfilled.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 36 years
∎ SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE in Product (Cement) including raw material, production process, application on concrete & concrete norms as per BDS, EN, and ASTM. Knowledge of concrete technology, mix design, and RCC design.
∎ Proficiency in Bangla and English communication.
