Willingness to travel as required

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in managing end-to-end supply chain planning and operations to drive internal efficiency and cost minimization.
Prepare reports, analyses, and insights to support accurate demand forecasting and supply planning.
Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of materials, goods, and services.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delivery-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, contracts, invoices, and pricing for compliance and transparency.
Collaborate with internal departments to assess purchasing needs and align on delivery schedules.
Obtain quotations, conduct cost comparisons, and perform pricing analyses to support procurement decisions.
Accurately create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders to ensure timely and effective procurement.
