• Age At most 35 years (Preferable)

• Must have experience in supply chain management with the similar role.

• Experience in packaging industry will be given preference.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP/Oracle

• Willingness to travel as required

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing end-to-end supply chain planning and operations to drive internal efficiency and cost minimization.

• Prepare reports, analyses, and insights to support accurate demand forecasting and supply planning.

• Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of materials, goods, and services.

• Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delivery-related issues.

• Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, contracts, invoices, and pricing for compliance and transparency.

• Collaborate with internal departments to assess purchasing needs and align on delivery schedules.

• Obtain quotations, conduct cost comparisons, and perform pricing analyses to support procurement decisions.

• Accurately create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders to ensure timely and effective procurement.
