- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar software is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
Working Days: 5 days a week
Job Responsibilities:
Source products locally and internationally based on company requirements.
Manage import and export operations, including documentation and communication with banks, suppliers, C&F agents, and logistics partners.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient supply chain.
Maintain accurate inventories of materials and supplies related to imports and sales.
Analyze stock levels and initiate procurement as necessary.
Develop and implement policies to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety within the supply chain.
Identify the most efficient shipment and transportation routes, with focus on warehousing and distribution consolidation.
Evaluate supplier performance regarding quality and timely delivery; assist in identifying and qualifying new suppliers.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
