Job Responsibilities:

·        Source products locally and internationally based on company requirements.

·        Manage import and export operations, including documentation and communication with banks, suppliers, C&F agents, and logistics partners.

·        Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient supply chain.

·        Maintain accurate inventories of materials and supplies related to imports and sales.

·        Analyze stock levels and initiate procurement as necessary.

·        Develop and implement policies to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety within the supply chain.

·        Identify the most efficient shipment and transportation routes, with focus on warehousing and distribution consolidation.

·        Evaluate supplier performance regarding quality and timely delivery; assist in identifying and qualifying new suppliers.

·        Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Competencies:

·        Must have experience in LC and TT management for import.

·        Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla, verbal and written.

·        Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with vendors, suppliers, logistics partners, and customers.

·        Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities.

·        Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar software.

Education and Experience:

·        B.Sc. in Biological Science/Animal Husbandry/Fisheries/Pharmacy/DVM.

·        A Master’s degree will be considered an added advantage.

·        Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience is mandatory.

Employment Details:

·        Status: Full-time

·        Working Days: 5 days a week
