∎ Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar software is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Source products locally and internationally based on company requirements.
∎ Manage import and export operations, including documentation and communication with customers, banks, suppliers, importers, C&F agents, and logistics partners.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient supply chain.
∎ Maintain accurate inventories of materials and supplies related to imports and sales.
∎ Analyze stock levels and initiate procurement as necessary.
∎ Develop and implement policies to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety within the supply chain.
∎ Identify the most efficient shipment and transportation routes, with focus on warehousing and distribution consolidation.
∎ Evaluate supplier performance regarding quality and timely delivery; assist in identifying and qualifying new suppliers.
∎ Perform additional duties as assigned.
