Education:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- Must have completed MBA & BBA Degree in Accounting.
Requirements:
Skills Required: Microsoft Excel
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 32 years

- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Must have the mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
- Willingness to work shift-wise (Day-Night) in a Depot or Factory environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of goods received, issued and transferred.
- Verify supplier challans, bills and ensure timely entry into the ERP/Oracle system.
- Support daily stock and dispatch reconciliation between physical and system balances.
- Maintain all vouchers, delivery challans and invoice records for store and distribution activities.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly stock movement and distribution reports.
- Monitor loading/unloading activities and ensure proper documentation of dispatches.
- Coordinate with teams for smooth delivery operations and record updates.
- Track returnable/Non-moving items and take necessary action as guided by the management.
- Assist during internal/external audits and stock verifications.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Store or Distribution In-charge related to stock and inventory control.
