Skills Required: Microsoft Excel

- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Must have the mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
- Willingness to work shift-wise (Day-Night) in a Depot or Factory environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in maintaining accurate records of goods received, issued and transferred.
Verify supplier challans, bills and ensure timely entry into the ERP/Oracle system.
Support daily stock and dispatch reconciliation between physical and system balances.
Maintain all vouchers, delivery challans and invoice records for store and distribution activities.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly stock movement and distribution reports.
Monitor loading/unloading activities and ensure proper documentation of dispatches.
Coordinate with teams for smooth delivery operations and record updates.
Track returnable/Non-moving items and take necessary action as guided by the management.
Assist during internal/external audits and stock verifications.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Store or Distribution In-charge related to stock and inventory control.
