Must have the mentality to work anywhere in the country.
Good command over MS Excel is a must.
Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in financial matters
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Update stock levels in inventory software or ERP systems.
Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders or delivery challans.
Inspect materials for quality, quantity, and any damage.Issue materials to departments based on requisitions.
Communicate with procurement, production, and accounts teams regarding stock availability and requirements.
Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
