Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and maintain day to day sales activities & store inventory
∎ Implementing strategies to attract customers and create attractive shopping ambience/display to maximize customer's shopping experience.
∎ Monitor outlet daily costs and petty cash.
∎ Training new and existing Sales Executives & motivate them to perform their best in sales floor.
∎ Handle complaints from customers & deliver the best solution with given brand ethics. Leading the sales team to communicate with customers and meeting their needs.
∎ Submitting various sales report to management.
∎ Target Oriented.
∎ Must have Lifestyle fashion knowledge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 3-5yrs sales experience as store in charge/ Asst In charge in Apparel Retail Industry (Aarong, Yellow, Ecstacy).
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ PF/Festival Bonus/Leave encashment as per company rule.
