Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive accessories and other incoming materials/items
∎ Communicate with quality section and concern department for ensuring product quality before accepting
∎ Ensure Bin card is maintained while storing
∎ Dispatch all deliveries ensuring proper documentation
∎ Maintain ledger and ERP data for receiving, storing and dispatch
∎ Prepare MRR & challan and submit to accounts department
∎ Prepare monthly closing report for audit purpose
