∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent time management, multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
∎ Sound knowledge of product costing, pricing processes and supply chain management.
∎ Experience in sourcing materials both locally and internationally.
∎ Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle buyers and suppliers efficiently.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain sample Time and Action (T&A) plans.
∎ Manage booking and follow-up for fabrics and accessories (development and bulk).
∎ Prepare and review bills of material (BOM).
∎ Coordinate and monitor shipping samples and other product developments.
∎ Understand and manage tech packs, ensuring accuracy in execution.
∎ Liaise with production teams, buyers and suppliers to ensure timely execution and shipment of orders.
∎ Source fabrics and trims both locally and internationally for production.
∎ Maintain effective communication with buyers and suppliers for updates and problem-solving.
∎ Monitor production quality at all stages to ensure standards are met.
∎ Support pricing and costing activities, ensuring competitive rates while maintaining quality.
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are looking for experienced and passionate professionals for the positions of Executive or Sr. Executive in the Woven Department (Top Garments). The ideal candidates must have expertise in woven garment manufacturing (e.g., shirts, tops) and will play a critical role in managing business accounts, coordinating production and ensuring timely order execution.
