Additional Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of practical experience in Compliance & Welfare within the RMG sector (Knit Composite preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of compliance standards, buyer audits, and welfare practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office, Excel, and email correspondence.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Cotton Group is a leading circular knit garment manufacturer, committed to operational excellence, sustainability, and innovation. We are looking for a qualified and dynamic Welfare & Compliance professional for our factory.

Factory Adress: Amtoli, P.O.:Seedstore Bazar, P.S.: Valuka, Mymensingh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist to Head of Compliance to ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act, ILO conventions, and buyer codes of conduct across all factory units (Knitting, Dyeing, Printing, Sewing, Finishing).

  • Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on social, technical, and environmental audits (BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, SLCP, Buyer COC, OCS, GOTS, RCS, GRS, OEKO-TEX, etc.).

  • Assist to Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental practices, including fire safety, chemical management, PPE usage, and ETP operations.

  • Oversee worker welfare programs, including canteen, childcare, medical, maternity benefits, sanitation, and safe drinking water facilities.

  • Manage grievance handling systems and ensure transparent and timely resolution of worker concerns.

  • Maintain and update compliance policies, documentation, CAP reports, and audit trackers.

  • Assist to arrange and conduct training and awareness sessions on labor rights, health & hygiene, gender sensitivity, workplace ethics, fire drills, and first aid.

  • Promote a positive workplace culture through welfare initiatives and employee engagement activities.
