• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of transportation services.

• Ensure vehicles are scheduled and dispatched for timely pickups and deliveries.

• Monitor route efficiently and propose improvements to reduce transit times and fuel consumption.

• Maintain and manage a fleet of vehicles, including tracking vehicle, maintenance schedules, repairs and registrations.

• Ensure all vehicles are comply with safety, health and environmental regulations.

• Liaise with transportation vendors, suppliers and drivers to maintain a reliable workforce.

• To ensure all driver’s license as well as car license are updated.

• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory, loading and unloading processes.

• Implement and monitor tracking systems for shipments and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Monitor transportation expenses and prepare cost reports.

• Develop strategies to optimize expenses such as fuel savings and route planning while maintaining quality and safety.

• Communicate with individual user to update them on delivery times and resolve any delivery issues arise.

• Ensure all individual user requirements and special instructions are accurately documented and fulfilled.

• Maintain accurate records of transportation operations, vehicle usage, fuel consumption and other key metrics.

• Generate reports on fleet performance, cost efficiency, and incident reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and training programs for drivers to minimize risks and incidents.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
