Job Context:
∎ Salam Steel Concast Re-Rolling Mills Ltd. (SCRM) The leading Manufacturer of MS rebar & Sectional items in the country, is looking for " Executive / Sr. Executive - Trade Sales" for different territories across the country.
∎ Job Location: Madaripur, Sirajganj, Kushtia, Daudkandi (Cumilla), Laxmipur, Noakhali, Brahmanbaria, Chandpur, Sylhet, Moulovibazar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and collection targets
∎ Generate demand by visiting engineers, contractors, homeowners, and project sites
∎ Organize different demand generation activities including homeowners' meet, mason meet, etc.
∎ Monitor stock at each dealer point and ensure adequate stock of SCRM products at dealer points
∎ Monitor, analyze, and report on competitors' activities
∎ Gather adequate knowledge about the assigned market and report to the line manager
∎ Promote Our Brand;
∎ Market survey/ Market research with extensive field visits & find out potential clients;
∎ Any other task that the management may assign to you.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have experience with Steel & Re-Rolling Mills / MS Rod (without experience in Steel & Re-Rolling Mills / MS Rod No Need to Apply or Application will not be acceptable.);
∎ Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with customers;
∎ Able to ride Motor Cycle with a valid driving License will be treated as an added advantage;
∎ Proficient in English & Bengali language;
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated;
∎ Good computer literacy specially in MS Office;
∎ Good communication & negotiation skills,
∎ Passion for innovation & creativity,
∎ Strong analytical and communication abilities,
∎ Teamwork & commitment,
∎ Ensure customer's queries, problems & issues;
∎ Ability to handle stress and pressure,
∎ Develop new clients/dealers.
