Responsibilities & Context:
Promote and sell tour packages, air tickets, visa processing services, hotel bookings, and transport services to clients.
Handle customer inquiries regarding international & domestic travel packages.
Provide accurate and updated information on visa requirements, pricing, itineraries, and travel guidelines.
Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
Maintain strong communication and relationships with customers, ensuring excellent after-sales service.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport partners, and other vendors for smooth service delivery.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Manage bookings, reservations, and documentation with attention to detail.
Follow up with potential leads through phone, email, and social media.
Maintain updated records of sales, customer profiles, and travel documents.
