Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar position.
∎ Good understanding of the soft services market sector.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work with a team to achieve set targets.
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with a positive thinking approach.
∎ Working in Cleaning Company/ Facility Management Services will add advantage.
∎ Ability to lead & develop people and ready to work under stress & pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and develop sources of potential clients.
∎ Communication with corporate level of different reputed Organizations/Clients and keeping the relationship.
∎ Monitoring the sales & marketing and developing the business.
∎ Bringing clients on board by Tender and Bid for Regular or general services and Total Facilities Management.
∎ Assist the line manager to keep departmental administration in order and lead the team.
∎ Lead would be generated by own.
∎ Regular customer visit and weekly visit plan.
∎ Maintain data bank & proposal tracking
∎ Preparing Technical proposal and Costing for financial Quotation.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the line manager.
