Masters of Science (MSc)/ Bachelor of Science (BSc in EEE) / Diploma in EEE from any reputed University / Institutions . Public Engineering University / AIUB / AUST / BRAC UNITERSITY / IUB / NSU / DEFFODIL UNIVERSITY is preferable.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 - 8 years in any MNC / KPI industry / Large Havey Industry

• Good understanding of the soft services market sector.

• Essential: Proven track record of in EEE / Auto Cad (2D/3D) / CAD Software / SLD / MOC Package Preparation .

Special Requirements/Skills

• Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.

• Ability to work with a team to achieve set targets.

• Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.

• Working in Cleaning Company/ Facility Management Services will add advantage.

• Ability to lead & develop people and ready to work under stress & pressure.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Further scope of Service includes:

Draftsperson Service for Facilities Engineering (FE):

• Responsibilities of the Draftsperson Services in the Facilities Engineering (FE) department include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Prepare various types of engineering drawings (such as plot plans, P&ID, electrical layouts, instrument drawings) and develop technical documents and reports in line with project and operational requirements.

• Create or revise engineering drawings using CAD software.

• Produce redline markup drawings and finalized as-built drawings according to the scope of work.

• Support MOC package preparation (K, U, ZOXR, Z) and drafting for PSI Anomaly.

• Develop isometric drawing drafts for the asset integrity inspection team.

• Ensure that drawings developed comply with regulatory requirements, including Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE).

• Perform QA/QC on contractor drawings.

• Provide drafting support to other functions, including HSE, Security, CA, Wells, and SCM as required.

• Maintain records of drafting activities.

• Complete additional tasks relevant to training and experience, as required by business needs and as assigned by supervisors.

• Draftsperson Services must be provided by a Contractor’s personnel having a diploma/ bachelor’s degree from any recognized polytechnic institute/ university in any branches of engineering.

• AutoCAD certification and 5 - 6 years’ experience in working with AutoCAD on engineering drawings (preferred in petrochemical process industries).

• Experience in Electronic Document Management System, FTP clients and SharePoint.

• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Applications with excellent command of Microsoft Excel.

• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
