Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, and referrals
- Present and promote company products or services clearly and confidently
- Communicate with the Supplier and prepare market reports and sales reports which is to be submitted to the supplier on monthly basis
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until deal closure
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
