Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate and Maintain Sales as per the targets assigned to the department from time to time in the assigned region.
∎ Develop and Maintain Relations with Key Customers, OEMs and Business Partners in the region.
∎ Maintain and expand the sales team for technical service personnel in the assigned region.
∎ Maintain and expand the distribution network of the organisation for all products / solutions / services offered by the company in the assigned region from time to time in the assigned region.
∎ Develop new channels of sales to enhance cash flow
∎ Strategise and implement sales enhancement schemes.
∎ Assist the team members in the assigned area for order closure, conducting trials, conducting seminars etc. sales promotional activities.
∎ Collecting sales orders and ensure delivery of products through the respective distributor and follow up the payment receivable.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must Have working experience in lubricant oil factory or company ( like Mobil, fresh, TIKE , Shell, Etc)
∎ Set up territorial and head-wise sales targets and activate proper planning to achieve them.
∎ To achieve the target on sales & collection and recover outstanding.
∎ To provide monthly sales forecast.
