Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Real Estate dealing with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Business Developments (Land/Apartment/Commercial).
∎ Knows the Real Estate Business in-hand.
∎ Has experience or in hand knowledge on Real Estate Secondary Market.
∎ Has a good number of Customer relations, connections with their current Data-Bank.
∎ Must be out going and Mobile.
∎ Good Accent and fluency in English will be an added advantage.
∎ Convincing Negotiation skills.
∎ Pricing Discounting, Scheduling.
∎ Basic knowledge on RE - Laws, Terms and Norms of Raj-uk, Registrations, Ownership, Documentations, FAR, DAP etc.
∎ Motor Cycle with License will be given preference.
∎ Target oriented and self-motivated in achieving targets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Min. 2-3yrs. Direct Real Estate Experience
