∎ BBA, MBA Marketing will be preferred/ Graduate or Masters in any discipline from any recognized institution can apply

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Appointment and development new Dealer/clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Development of plan, designs for meeting demands and requirements of the Clients.
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ Setting up system & Process at dealer place to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.
∎ Achieve company revenue - with proper planning and execution.
∎ Effective Dealer management in terms of maintains right inventory norms, controlling credit and balancing right working capital.
∎ Need to study competitors products & sales strategy to take competitive statement.
∎ Submit report to reporting head for better understanding regarding actual progress.
∎ Strong sales closing capability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sales & Marketing, specially in Dealer/Distribution Management.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Computer literacy is a must
∎ Should have pleasant personality & smart.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ Result oriented approach.
